Conclusion and value
This survey can not be construed to guarantee or warrant the condition or operational condition of the vessel as
a (in water test) was not conducted.
This vessel is in overall good structural condition. According to the BucBook data and current market condition
research data compiled, I feel the value would be approximately $65,500.00 in todays market once the
recommendations repairs are completed and the “In the water test” verifying engines and gear operation is
satisfactory. Replacement of this vessel with new would require an investment of approximately $123,000.00.
